FAQS

What should I wear?

Ideally something comfortable and with some stretch to allow movement. No shoes are worn during class - you can choose to wear grippy socks or simply be barefoot - in which case please ensure you have clean feet.

What do I need to bring?

I will supply mats and other equipment, however if you have your own mat/equipment that you would prefer to use these then please do bring them along. You may also like to bring some water to drink during/after the class.

Do I need to book?

Pre-booking is essential, and all classes must be paid for in advance. To enquire about booking your space, you can email me at rewardpilatesstudio@gmail.com, use the Contact page, or call 07775775592. By booking a class you are deemed to have read and agreed to our Terms and conditions.

What if I can't make a booked class?

In an ideal world you would come to every weekly class, however I appreciate that annoyingly life can sometimes get in the way! Please refer to our Terms and conditions for our cancellation and refund policy.

Why don't you allow drop in classes?

By offering classes in blocks it allows me assess each class participant prior to joining so that I can determine their needs and goals. I can then tailor the class accordingly and the attendees can progress together. Weekly changes to attendees doesn't allow this. Plus it's important to practice pilates regularly to really see the ReWards!
