We will only collect information from our clients either online, by email, over the telephone or in person.

Information collected will be used to allow communication relating to the booking and/or cancellation of classes, receipts and account information. 

Only when and if the client agrees will they be added to our mailing list in order for us to inform them of special offers and events. 

Other personal health information gathered will be used to design personalised Pilates sessions.

We will never share this information with any third parties unless there is medical reason to do so and consent has been given. 

4 Where will we store your information? 

Each client will have a personal file stored electronically on a password protected and encrypted laptop. No financial data is stored.  However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such precautions. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

5 Cookie/Tracking technology 

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customise the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Currently all payments must be made by Bank Transfer, debit or credit card payment in person, or cheque. No financial data is stored.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you (for example, for as long as you keep using the services of ReWard Pilates).

You can ask to un subscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the link at the bottom of all newsletters or by contacting us over the phone or email and making a request.
