TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book a class with ReWard Pilates you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so that the class can start on time.

  • It is important that all class participants are warmed up for the planned movements, therefore if I deem you to have arrived too late to warm up sufficiently I reserve the right to refuse entry to that class for your own safety.

  • All mobile phones must be on silent mode throughout class to avoid disruptions. 

  • You should wear appropriate clothing that allows you to move and stretch. You should either wear grip socks or go barefoot, in which case please ensure you have clean feet.  

  • If for some reason you must leave class early, please provide prior notice.

  • Classes are an inclusive space and I ask that you show kindness and respect to everyone.

  • Prior to attending your first class, you are required to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire to the best of your knowledge.

  • You agree to update me of any changes to your health e.g. muscle or joint pain, new medication or an injury.

  • For some clients I may request to meet with you for a full pre-assessment prior to attending a class. 

  • If you are unwell, I ask that you do not attend class. This is for your own safety and for the wellbeing of other clients.

  • I will provide all necessary equipment including mats, however you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. I accept no liability in the event that this equipment is damaged during class, or you are injured due to a fault or damage to your own equipment.

  • No personal liability is accepted for the loss or damage of any personal belongings that are brought onto the premises. Personal items brought onto the premises are done so at your own risk.  

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme or class which you attend. You accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult your GP, physiotherapist or osteopath prior to beginning any session.

ANTE AND POSTNATAL

  • Women who are pregnant are welcome to join a class in the second and third trimester only.

  • Post natal clients are welcome to class six weeks after giving birth following a natural delivery and 12 weeks after giving birth following a caesarean section. All post natal clients must have approval to start exercise from their GP.

  • You are welcome to bring your pre-crawling babies along to class a postnatal class. I ask that you bring appropriate entertainment for them and it is your responsibility to ensure that they are securely and safely positioned throughout class.

BOOKING AND PAYING FOR CLASSES​

  • All class fees must be paid prior to attending class.

  • Paid for classes can only be used within that half term and cannot be carried forward into a new term.

  • If there is availability, you may join a group pilates course part way through, subject to a 1:1 assessment to determine you can perform the movements safely. You will be charged pro-rata for the number of classes left in the course.

  • Class prices may be reviewed and changed from time to time. Up to date prices will always be available on the website, and any changes will be communicated to existing customers one month prior to any changes being implemented.

  • Payments for classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. â€‹

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • In the event that I need to cancel a class I will provide as much notice as possible. I will endeavour to offer another day/time to make this up, subject to venue and attendee availability. This cannot be guaranteed however, and in the event that I cancel a class and no alternative time can be arranged, a refund for that week's class will be made.

  • If you need to cancel a block booking, you must provide 48 hours notice prior to the first class to be entitled to a refund.

  • If you can’t make a group class as part of your block booking, there is currently no option to make this up and you are liable for the full cost.

  • If you need to cancel a one-off private 1:1 or 1:2 class, you must give 24 hours notice to be entitled to a refund.

  • If one party of a 1:2 class booking is unable to attend, the class will be cancelled. 

  • If you do not provide sufficient notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the full class fee.

  • If you arrive too late to join in a class, you will be charged the full class fee.

CLASS TIMES AND AVAILABILITY 

  • Class days and times are subject to change. In the event that these change I will provide as much notice as possible.

  • If you are interested in an alternative day, time or format, please register your interest as I am happy to add to the timetable when there is sufficient demand and venue availability.
